 Thank you for a job well done yesterday at 1300 Shore View Drive. Dusty & crew did a fantastic job getting the project completed & backup and running in one day. A lot of credit also goes to the people behind the scenes in the office for the organization of putting it together.
 When I look back and think of the unit blowing on the 4th of July weekend with a building full of guests, I feel like hiding after the fact! Amazing through thru the entire ordeal we never had a guest have to move out or even be really inconvenienced. If anything, they were impressed with Dusty showing up in the middle of the night in a good mood. How does one do that?
 Temporary air was quickly in place with no interruption of vacations. Yes, amazing does not even begin to cover it. No down time at all for us, and today a new guest moves in without a hitch thanks to Castle Air.
 I suppose the only thing I'll miss is meeting a service person there at midnight and going over football scores!

 I just want to say THANK YOU! We needed a new A/C system and had no idea who to call. We had another company take a look and well, lets just say we did not feel confident in this person. So as I am a friend of Barbara Higgins, we decided to call your company. From the first telephone call, to the day of installation, there was nothing any company could have done to make this experience better. You folks (the ones I dealt with, Barbara, Donna, Dawn, Mike, Dusty and Jack) are one awesome team! Mike arrived on time, was very thorough, explained everything and took his time to insure that we knew exactly what we needed. Mike is one efficient and knowledgeable man. So this brings us to Dusty and Jack, well, what can I say? If I was going to start an A/C company, I would try very hard to get these guys to do all my installations. These two are beyond reproach. I do not know who Mr. Castle Air is, but you are one lucky person to have representatives like these people as part of your team. Just so you know, before retiring I spent many years as a dispatcher and a customer service representative for the service department in a fuel and oil company. I have an idea of what it takes to do these peoples jobs. Thank you all so much.

They arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and when they left my garage was cleaner than when they arrived! They were a pleasure to have around.  Dawn, every thing went well yesterday and we were quite satisfied with the new system. Dusty & Zac are both excellent technicians and a credit to the company. Other than the new system we would be hard pressed to know anyone even worked there as they left their work area immaculate. They were both polite gentleman too which is an important part of the job. After meeting Blaise who also made a personal appearance yesterday I'd have to surmise that he personally puts the touch on all his service people. Bottom line we are happy to be new customers of Castle Air and feel very confidant with you people. So TGIF Dawn & the official Happy Hour countdown begins, have a great weekend!

 I just received my first electric bill after Castle Air installed a new A/C system and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was much lower than previous bills. The system has been running smoothly since the install. Thank you and Fred for your service!!

 I had a great experience with Castle Air. I came home from work on a Friday night, and my 2 year old a/c unit wasn't working. I called the company that installed the unit first and they warned me that because it was the weekend a diagnostic service call would run me $170 and that they couldn't order parts until Monday. They told me I should stay in a hotel for the weekend and call back on Monday morning. Not the answer I wanted to hear. My good friend suggested I call Castle Air. Their technician Mike did not charge me overtime. In fact his diagnostic service call was almost half of what the other company would have charged. The technician was professional, and courteous. He had the necessary parts in stock. He had my a/c unit up and running again in no time. He even told me that if for some reason he wasn't able to repair my a/c right away, he would set up a portable unit so I could have at least a measure of comfort in my home. Great company. Great service. Thank you Castle Air!

 Dear Mr. Castellano,

 We moved into our home after a 1.5 day drive only to find the AC not working- and temps of 90 degrees! We called you at 8am the next day and you sent your Sr Tech out to look at our unit. Since the compressor was gone and I was alone I needed someone to explain the facts. Well, we got the right guy. Your Sr Tech was calm, professional, sympathetic and explained things in a way I could understand. I made a decision and he set things in motion immediately! The next day, after working on it all day in 90 degree heat, we were cool and comfy. Your Sr Tech is quite knowledgeable of his job and works non-stop. What a credit to your company. He made us feel like we were old friends.
